This triple deck electric oven can bake delicious Margherita pizza, lemon tart, baked pasta, Indian style-baked Chicken for your bar club, dining restaurant and milk-tea shop.
This industrial oven for bakery has three independent chambers for baking. It means you can cook three different bread or pizza at three different temperature at the same time. Each chamber has 2 baking stones for bread with top and bottom heating elements to bake evenly. What's more, the stones can create crispy and crusty surface on the bread and pizza. Each deck has a durable stainless steel door with spring hinge help to keep your door closed. There is a window on the door and a light inside the chamber, which allow the chef to keep an eye on the food without opening the door. At the same time, they prevent the hot air escape. This three deck oven can fit up to 12" pizza pan 24 pieces, or 60*40cm bread pan 9 pieces, for each time.
