The food sample box is a box with a lid for keeping the cooked vegetables as samples. Its main function is to have samples for comparison when food poisoning occurs. The sample retention box can be disposable or stainless steel, but I personally recommend stainless steel. Mainly in terms of cost, it can be saved. Stainless steel can use again after disinfection. It will not pollute the environment like disposable ones and produce garbage that is difficult to degrade. The sample retention time is generally 48 hours. But if you encounter a special event, you must reserve a full 72 hours.
