Quickly and easily prepare your steam dishes with this Wibur RS-10B electric steamer. With the single compartment in 10 tray (40*60cm) capacity, this unit has high work efficiency and can serve customers faster. It can easily steam 40kg of white rice in 55 minutes serving up to 250 people per time. Besides steam white rice, this unit can also steam a variety of foods such as vegetable, meat, and seafood. What's more, it only takes 10 minutes to steam 100kg of steak or 150kg of fish. To steam 50kg of chicken, it will take about 40 minutes. For convenience and more smart operation, this unit has a timing that you can adjust the cooking time. The commercial steamer comes with 10 stainless steel square tray with size 16 x 24 inches.
