This hood type single rack commercial dishwasher can clean one full rack of used dishes in one minute. It is also highly efficient by using just 2.5 liters of water per rack. This dishwasher provides three washing modes for dishes, pans and pots with 1, 1.5 and 2 minutes cycles. This unit comes with a powerful booster heater for the water tank that ensures the hot water rinse temperature reaches 85°C. What's more, it also ensures the best effect of the cleaning agent. This dishwasher features a front control panel with digital display shows the wash temperature and rinse temperature. The operation is simple you just need to choose the cycle time then the machine will finish the task. The filling and draining of the water tank are also automatic which save a lot of time and labor.
