The compact design of this convection oven makes it great for home kitchens and small and medium size restaurants. The unit boasts 1400W of heating power requires a 120V electrical connection. Its whole construction is stainless steel with an oversize swing down glass door. Inside the chamber, it includes 3 wire shelves where you can put 3 of 1/2 baking pans. The whole chamber is stainless steel with smooth round corners. And the wire shelves are removable for easy cleaning. The convection oven has made the cooking simple and easier. It has a built-in fan to circulate hot air throughout the chamber which allow food to heat evenly and shorten the cook time. There are only two mechanical knobs to control the temperature and cook time. The cook time can adjust within 120 minutes and the temperature can adjust within 250°C.
