There are 3 knob-type firepower control to independently adjust the temperature for three set of heating tubes. The piece boasts total power of 12kw and each knob has 1 to 5 level of power input. Before you start the barbecue, open the water valve to fill the drip tray. Switch the firepower knob to the highest level and wait one minute until the heating tube burn to red color.
