Commercial Blender Immersion Blander

A blender is a machine used to mix substances such as vegetable puree or emulsified food. Stationary mixers consist of a mixer vessel. The container has a rotating metal blade at the bottom and is driven by an electric motor located at the bottom. Some powerful models can also crush ice and other frozen foods. Newer immersion blender configurations have a motor on top. This motor is connected by a shaft to a rotating blade at the bottom, which can be used in a variety of containers.
