This blast chiller can cool down the food from +65°C to -40°C in 150 minutes. The unit adopts Embraco compressor and copper tube evaporator. What's more, it uses cold air fan to for all-direction cycle refrigeration. It can cool down the food that is about 65°C to a core temperature of 3°C in 30 minutes. With the shock freezer, it can keep the moisture in the food and avoid the growth of bacteria. At the same time, the fragrance, color and freshness of the food is maintain to the greatest extent. The exterior and interior of the cabinet are AISI 304 stainless steel which is clean and hygienic. The blast chiller is suitable to hold 10 of GN 1/1 pans or 60cm x 40cm baking trays. It can store 40kg of food for each time in 5 to 7 days.
