Product Description

This blast freezer can quickly cool down the temperature of food as low as -32°C. The standard model comes to 5 trays in GN 1/1 size. The stainless steel tray holder allows you to store or thaw the fresh food or cooked food. This blast freezer uses a built-in air-conditioning fan to blow forced cooling air over the food placed inside. The rapid cooling method can quickly lock the moisture of the food, and it will not affect the taste and quality of the food. This blast freezer bring the temperature of foods down from +30 degree to +3 degree takes 38 minutes; From +30 degree to -18 degree takes 65 minutes; From +30 degree to -32 degree takes 150 minutes.
