Question 1: How to use a stainless steel cookware for the first time?

Answer: Firstly, use a soft cloth to clean the pots and pans with appropriate amount of neutral detergent. Then wipe it dry after rinsing. Second, fill the induction cookware with an appropriate amount of vinegar and water. Place the induction hob pans on the induction stove and heat until the water boiling for 2-3 minutes. Third, pour out the vinegar and water. Then use a soft cloth with neutral detergent to clean the non stick cookware again. Final step, wipe dry the pots and pans after washing.

Question 2: How to know the stainless steel pot is physically non-sticky?

Answer: There are two methods to test the effect of physical non-stick. One of the methods is the water drop test method. Preheat an empty pot on a medium and small fire for 2 minutes. Then drip a little water into the pot. If the water droplets in the pot turn into water droplets and roll back and forth in the pot, it means that the pot is physically non-sticky. Another method is the oil pattern test method. Preheat an empty pan on a medium and small fire for 2 minutes. When the bottom of the pan has a burning sensation, pour a small amount of oil. If there are lumpy oil patterns on the bottom of the pan, it means the pan is physically non-sticky.

Question 3: How to clean the stainless steel pots and pans after use?

Answer: Wet the soft cloth or sponge with neutral detergent. Clean the pot inside and outside and then wipe dry. In case of stubborn stains, use a scouring pad and special detergent to clean the pot. Sand in the same direction, and finally clean and wipe dry. If there are black spots on the pot body, use the special cleaning agent. Heat the pot then you can easily remove the burnt stains in the pot. Finally, wash the pot and wipe it dry.
